週末に見たYouTube動画で朝と夜に水シャワーを浴びるのがいい、というので、土曜日の夜から始めている。
I watched a YouTube video today that recommended taking a shower both in the morning immediately after waking up and at night after bath time. I’ve decided to give it a try starting from last Saturday.
夜は浴槽で温まった後はいいとして、朝はとても冷たい。この時期でも冷たく感じるので、冬の朝はどうなってしまうのか恐怖しかない。
Taking a shower after bath time is no problem for me. However, taking a shower in the morning is quite cold, even in the summer. I can only imagine how cold it will be during winter mornings.
ただ、出た後の感想としてはメッチャいい感じ。とくに夜は、温まった体を冷やすことで汗が止まるのがとても早い。
One thing I can say is that I feel incredibly refreshed after taking a shower, regardless of the timing. Especially at night, a cool water shower helps me stop sweating and makes me feel cool.
おかげで就寝時は、これまで以上にサクッと眠りにつけている。1つ残念なことといえば、朝が起きられなくなっていること。今朝も寝坊したのと、今日はなぜか非常に眠い。ただ疲れているだけなのか、それとも別の理由があるのかは探る必要がある。
Thanks to this, I find it easier to fall asleep. However, for some reason, I still struggle to wake up at the desired time. I overslept today and felt very sleepy throughout the day. I need to figure out if it’s just fatigue or if there might be other reasons affecting my sleep patterns.
