今日は家族３人で軽井沢に行ってきた。
I travelled to Karuizawa with my family using the Shinkansen.
前日は天気が良かったが、今日はあいにくの雨だった。
Although the weather was sunny yesterday, it rained throughout the day today.
なので、遊ぶところも限られてしまい、結局、お昼を食べた後は駅前のショッピングモールにて時間を過ごした。
As a result, our options for activities were limited. We ended up spending most of our time at the mall near the station after having lunch.
天気が悪かったこと、混んでいて楽しめなかったのが原因で、長男がずっと泣いていて買い物どころではなかった。
During our shopping trip, my son was crying constantly because there were many people at the mall and he couldn’t play at the outdoor playground due to the rainy weather.
人がたくさんいて、わたしたちも楽しめなかったので、仕方ない。次に行くときはその辺を考えて行きたい。
It was challenging for him to cope with the crowded environment, and it affected our overall experience. I realized that I need to consider such factors and plan accordingly for future outings with my son.
