昨日は歩いていける変電所へ、今日は定期券を使って都内の変電所を巡ってきた。
Yesterday, I visited a nearby substation on foot, and today I used my commuter pass to visit substations in the Tokyo area.
今日行った場所は、これまでの勉強会で先輩から教えてもらった一風変わったところであり、直接いまの業務に関係はないものの、設計の一助となりそうだったことと、興味から見に行ってきた。
My senior provided me with information about these substations, and they all had unique layouts. Although this study may not be directly related to my main job, it will be beneficial for me in the future when I design substation layouts. I’m excited to visit them and see what they have to offer.
ネットで見つけた写真でも良かったが、実際に見に行くことで色々な角度から見られたので来てよかった。
While the pictures I found on the internet were helpful, seeing the substations in person allowed me to view them from different angles. I believe this hands-on experience will greatly contribute to my work.
定期が使えたので、費用はほとんどかからなかったのも嬉しい。これでまた１つ知識を蓄えることができた。活用できる日が楽しみである。
I was pleased that I could use my commuter pass to reach the substations, as it only required a small train fare. Today’s experience added to my knowledge, and I’m eager to apply the lessons I learned.
