GWの後半がスタートした。天気も良かったので、いつもの公園に行ったが、誰もいなかった。
The second half of Golden Week has begun. It was a beautiful day, so I took my son to the park along the railroad. However, when we arrived, we found that no one was playing there.
また、連休中で、長男が大好きな貨物電車も来なかったので、結局30分もせずに飽きてしまった。なので、帰りはいつもの道ではなく、遠回りをして帰った。
To make matters worse, the freight trains that my son loves to watch didn’t pass by because of the long holiday. He quickly grew tired and we ended up spending less than 30 minutes there. Since it was still early to go back home, I decided to take a detour.
終始、ベビーカーの中で大人しくしてくれたので、ゆっくり散歩しながら帰った。
During our walk along the longer route, my son stayed quiet in his stroller, allowing me to enjoy the pleasant weather.
なんか、久しぶりにゆっくりできた気がする。おかげで、体調も良くなった。
It felt like the first time in a while that I could relax outdoors. Thanks to this outing, I started to feel better from my cold.
１日でも早く治って欲しい。そうすれば、大掃除や友達との再会など、この連休でやりたかったことを消化できる。
I hope to fully recover soon. If I do, I have plans for the remaining days of the long holiday, such as doing some housecleaning and reaching out to a friend.
