今日は海外メーカーとの会議だった。
I participated in a remote meeting with an international manufacturer.
先週に引き続き、今日もダメだった。早くて内容が聞き取れず、、、
Similar to last week, I found it difficult to comprehend the discussions.
恥ずかしかったが、そのままにしててもしょうがないので、上司に正直に打ち明け、会議の内容を教えてもらった。
Despite feeling embarrassed, I decided to be honest with my boss and admitted that I couldn’t grasp the outcome of the meeting. I requested his guidance, as I believed it was pointless to leave things unresolved.
忙しいにも関わらず、親身になって教えてくれた。なんと優しい上司であろう。おまけに、今後のスケジュールなんかも話してくれたのが、とてもうれしかった。
Despite his busy schedule, my boss graciously took the time to teach me and provide an explanation of the project’s future plans. His kindness was truly appreciated.
会社では、スナックや飲み物がフリーなので、いろいろ話し込んでしまった。早く彼のために、貢献できるようになりたい。
Additionally, we engaged in casual conversation about various topics while enjoying complimentary snacks and beverages available in the office. I am eager to make a meaningful contribution to the team under his guidance and support.
