You can hear the voice recording for the diary.
I had lunch with the head of the procurement department today.
She has been with the company for six years and has never considered changing jobs. I admire her commitment to a company for such a long time, and I aspire to do the same.
While changing jobs can have advantages, such as increasing income and reigniting enthusiasm, I don’t want to do it frequently because finding the right position can be challenging.
To be honest, the company I will be joining next is quite prestigious, and I feel it’s currently beyond my league. Starting at the lowest position, I need to catch up with my new colleagues first.
My goal is to become an integral part of the company by absorbing their work and becoming a valuable member of the team. I’m determined to grow and contribute to the company’s success in the long term.
To be continued.
