After receiving the explanation at yesterday’s interview, I immediately purchased some books on electricity.
アマゾンプライムに登録して、翌日配達での発送を依頼。
I signed up for Amazon Prime and ordered the books with expedited delivery.
今日の夕方に書籍が届いたので、早速読んでみたが、思っていた以上に薄い内容で参考にはならなかった。
The books arrived this evening, and I quickly skimmed through them. Unfortunately, they didn’t meet my expectations, as they didn’t provide much in-depth knowledge that I was looking for.
広く浅く知識を得るにはちょうどいい本かもしれないが、今回のように、仕事として特化した知識を得るためには弱い本であった。
They might be suitable for studying a broader range of the field, but I really wanted to gain deeper knowledge specifically for the job I’m applying for.
どうしよう、正直、オファーを承諾できるかが不安になってきた。果たして、彼らの期待に応えることができるのか、サインしないのも一案なのではないかと思ってしまう。
I’m feeling quite anxious about my new job. I’m unsure if I’ll be able to meet their expectations. I’m even considering whether it would be worth rejecting the offer.
