保留になった面接結果だが、エージェントからまた連絡があり、再度面接をすることになった。これで５回目である。
After being informed yesterday to wait for further updates, my recruitment consultant reached out to me again. They informed me that there will be an additional round of interviews, making it the fifth round in total.
面接官は、３次のときの日本支社の部長とそのメンバーたちであり、一緒に働く人たちである。
For this round, I will be meeting with the hiring manager whom I previously spoke with in the third round, along with other team members who would potentially become my colleagues.
わたしとしても、もしパスすることができれば、一度会って話がしたいと思っていたので、エージェントに頼んでF2Fでの面接を申し込んだ。
Since I am keen on having a face-to-face conversation with them, in the event that I receive an offer letter, I requested an in-person interview for the next round.
その提案は先方にも承諾され、最終面接はエントリー先の会社で行うことになった。
My request was accepted, and the upcoming interview will take place at their headquarters in Tokyo.
これまでの経験で、初めてのF2Fでの転職面接となる。もちろん緊張するが、ここまでくれば、あとは自分をさらけ出して受け入れられるかどうかだと思う。ぶつかっていくのみ。
This will be my first experience with an in-person job interview. Naturally, I am feeling nervous. However, considering how far I have come in the process, all I can do now is be true to myself and express my genuine thoughts and feelings. Ultimately, it is up to them to decide whether my character and abilities align with their expectations. Here’s to giving it my best shot.
