今の会社では、入社時に全社員に自己紹介メールを送るルールになっている。

そして、今日入社した人が、わたしが昨年４次面接まで残った企業から転職してきた方であるとメールに書いてあったので、勇気を出して連絡してみた。
The new employee joining our company today had worked at the company I applied to before and reached the 4th round of the interview. I pushed myself to make contact with him.
彼は、急なわたしからの連絡にも関わらず、電話での話をOKしてくれ30分ほど話を聞くことができた。
Although this was my sudden request, he accepted and we talked about the company on the phone for about 30 minutes.
わたしが応募しようとしているポジションは、ビジネス上級の英語力と日本語での交渉力が求められていると教えてくれた。また、仕事も完全な実力主義で、入社当日からバリバリ働ける人が理想とのこと。
He taught me that the position I’m wanting to be needs advanced English level and Japanese hard negotiation skills. In addition, the company’s work style is a 100% merit system and the person who can work by himself on the day to enter the company is ideal.
入社するまでにハードルがたくさんありそうだが、超えるべきハードルが高い分だけやりがいのある仕事に違いない。絶対に突破してみたいと思った。
Even though there will be many steps or obstacles to work at the company for me, I’m sure that I will be satisfied with the work when I join. I strongly want the offer letter from the company.
