今朝、目が覚めるとエージェントから連絡があり、２次面接に進むとのこと。
I woke up with a LINE notification and it said that I was able to move to the 2nd round of the interview.
My recruitment consultant told me that the next round would be different from the previous ones.
ただ、これまでと異なるのは、採用したい部署がいくつかあるとのことで、それぞれに所属するメンバーと面接することになった。
Since some departments of the company I’m applying to are wondering whether or not to hire me, the hiring managers of each department will do/conduct the subsequent interviews.
同日に２回の面接、しかも、インタビューワーはそれぞれ２人ずつ、部門長と同僚となる方がつく。
There will be 2 interviews on the same day and each interview has 2 interviewers who would be a hiring manager and colleague.
いずれの方も、これまでにないくらいすばらしい経歴の持ち主で、大学も出ていない自分の面接に時間を割いてもらうことがホントに申し訳ない。
I checked their job experience on Linkedin and all of them have very brilliant backgrounds. I feel bad that they would take time to have an interview for me who didn’t graduate from university.
面接だけでなく、会社に入った後も気後れしそうであると感じた。
I would lose my nerve for the interview as well as after entering the company.
