今日は、応募している会社の転職面接があった。
I had a job interview with the company I’m applying for.
人事担当との面接ではなく、いきなりの部長面接である。
The interviewer was a hiring manager, not a person from HR.
これまでの面接とは違い、まずはじめに会社の概要と応募しているポジションの説明を受けた。
He explained to me the outline of the company and the position which is now open. It was a little different from others.
その後、面接がスタートして、退職が早いことをしっかりヒアリングされた。
After the explanation, he questioned me about my career, especially, the reason for my resignation at my current company since it was kind of short.
とはいえ、そこはしっかり準備していたので、言いたいことは全部言えた。あとは、結果に期待するのみであるが、おそらく、問題ないと思う。
I prepared my answer to the question so that I could reply to it with what I wanted to say. I did everything I could and I have to wait for their feedback. I think I can pass this interview round.
