今日は先日依頼した現場社員を束ねる部長との会議である。
I had a meeting with a director who manages the site crews.
けっこう期待していたものの、やってみるとなんてことはない。
I expected to hear a productive solution from him, however, it didn’t come up.
正直、普通の意見交換会な感じであり、期待したほどの実入りはなかった。
Honestly, this was just an idea exchange and wasn’t as helpful as I expected.
当たり前であるが、コミュニケーションを積極的にとっていけば解決できるだろうとの見解で、期待外れである。
He just let me down because his opinion was that more proactive communication would be a solution.
ただし、コミュニケーションの問題はPJを進めていく上で、他の会社でも使えるので、友人にも聞いてみようと思う。ITが日々発展しているので、わたしが知らない方法もまだまだあるはずである。
But, I will listen to my friends’ solutions for communication with members since such communication issues would happen at all projects so that I can apply the solution directly to projects at other companies. While advancing IT day by day, I’m sure that there will be other communication methods I still don’t know.
