As I was afraid team members would hate me, I hold back with what I want to say to my colleagues. But, I gave it up.
これからは、仕事のために言いたいことをハッキリ言っていこうと思う。
From now on, I’m going to say things directly for work.
彼らのためにと思って、甘くしてきたが、結果としては質の低い提出物でオーナーに不信感を抱かせてしまい、挙げ句に現場からは理解し難い要望が出る始末。
I ease restrictions for my colleagues, however, as a result, the owner has felt suspicious of us due to the low-quality of the reports. In the end, the site crews started to request things which were beyond my control.
仕事として、どんなことがあっても伝えるべきことはしっかり伝えていく。
But, whatever it is, I must tell my colleagues if they are wrong or if something doesn’t meet the requirements for the work.
この職場でしか会わないメンバーであり、あと数ヶ月の付き合いであれば、良好な関係を持つメリットはほとんどない。
The colleagues at the company are just a relationship within the company and will end soon in a few more months. There would be nothing better for me to have good relationships with them.
