I talked to my recruitment consultant on the phone about the reputation of the new candidate company.
正直、聞いてもいいか悪いかが判断できない。
Honestly speaking, I can’t decide whether the company is good or not even after hearing about it in detail.
結局、人づてだとその人の解釈も入ってしまうし、会社に対する外からと中からの評価は異なる。
Hearing from someone always has his or her viewpoint and the reputation of a company depends on the position whether you are inside or outside of the company.
現に、いまの会社がそうである。転職時には、とてもいい会社、と説明を受けてきたが、実際には、わたしにその水は合わなかった。
Literally, the current company is the same as well. I was told that the company was highly recommended, but I’m not able to fit into the company.
とりあえず、CVは作ったので面接の練習も兼ねて、エントリーしてみることにした。
Anyway, as I updated my CV, I ended up applying to the company, partly as practice for the interview.
