今日はセクハラの疑惑をかけられた。
I was suspected of sexual harassment today.
というのも、いっしょに現場へ行った帰りに昼食を食べようと誘ったのがよくなかったらしい。
It was because I invited my junior coworker to lunch after visiting the construction site.
ただ２人きりではなく、男１名、女２名（年下１名、年上１名）の合計３人での食事だから問題ないと思っていたが、そうではなかった。
I wouldn’t have if I didn’t have to and, I didn’t ask her to go for lunch together alone. I thought that it was going to be fine as I was with 2 women, one who is my junior and the other was my assistant, in total 3 people went to lunch. But my idea wasn’t acceptable to the young crew who suspected me.
正社員にしたり、いろいろ彼女のためにやってあげたいと思ったが全て止めた。
Even though I wanted to assist her by hiring full-time workers, I cancelled all of them.
余計なことはせず、自分のレベル向上に努めると改めて誓った。
I will never do any additional roles or tasks except for improving my skills.
