頼まれた仕事の進捗は毎日伝え、わからないところがあれば質問する。完了後は成果を報告する。
The progress of the tasks your boss gives you should be disclosed every day and it needs to be confirmed with the boss if you have any questions about the tasks. Additionally, you should report the achievement of the task when you finish.
でも、それは社会人として当たり前のことである。エジプト人だってできていた。
This is an apparent rule for the members of society and even Egyptians can do that.
しかし、そんな当たり前が今の会社では全く行われていない。挙げ句、できないものは無視し、好き勝手にやりたい放題、とても仕事をする環境とは思えない。
However, the basics aren’t carried out at my company at all. Furthermore, everyone makes the rules the way they want and ignores any orders if they assume they can’t do the task. I don’t believe this working culture to be suitable for working in.
なので、わたしはなるべく早く退職することを決めた。次のポジションに向けて準備していきたい。
