I’m going to prepare for my achievement in my current company before leaving.
まずは、やる気のある後輩を社員にしてあげられればと思う。
First of all, I would like to support my enthusiastic junior being hired by our company.
ただ、異性であること、年が離れていることから、わたしでは相談しにくいと思うので、女性の事務員さんに彼女の気持ちを探ってもらうように頼んだ。
However, the junior is female and there is an age gap between us. So, maybe, it is a little hard for her to ask me for some advice. I asked our janitor to hear her feelings about it instead.
社員になれば目先の給料は上がるし、その後のキャリアプランも描きやすくなると思うので、もし今の会社が嫌になったら次の会社にいけばいいだけである。
If she became an employee in the company, her income would increase and she would be able to create her career easier than working as a temp staff. When she isn’t satisfied with her new salary and responsibility, she moves to the next company when this occurs.
もし、彼女にその意思があれば、すぐにでも行動できるようにこちらも準備しておく。
I will grab some information to achieve it as well when I can take action after hearing her opinions.
