今日は全社大のイベントに参加。
I attended a company-wide event today.
キャンプ場にて学園祭のようなイベントで、社員の結束と親睦を深めるのが目的である。
The event was held at a campsite and was like a school festival. This means that the purpose of the event was to build and deepen the relationships between the crews.
とはいえ、歓談タイムは少な目、かくし芸大会や枝豆の収穫といったイベントが盛りだくさんで、イベント自体を楽しむ機会となった。
However, since we had less free time, it was an opportunity to enjoy the event through entertainment such as showing hidden talents we had and harvesting beans.
話をするだけであれば、出社してランチに行くなど、機会はいくらでも作れるので、まずは顔と名前を一致されるためにも、よい機会だったかなと思う。
Since I can ask my colleagues to go for lunch when we see each other at the office, it’s easy to make the opportunity to talk with them. So, I committed to building relationships with coworkers in the company.
少なくとも、あと数か月は在籍するので、それまでは楽しく業務ができるようにしたい。
As I’m going to work at least for more than a few months, this has helped me to enjoy working at the company.
