I got an announcement from HR that we need to submit an application form to the company when we undertake side hustles.
収入もそこまで立ってないし、隠れてやってもたぶんバレないかと思っている。
Even if I declare it, I believe that I won’t get caught unless the profit increases.
現に、前の会社では出していないし、バレてもいない。
I literally didn’t report it to the previous company and they didn’t find out.
もちろん、バレないようにしているということもあるが、もし収入が伸びるようであれば、そのときに申請しようと思う。

提出フォームを見ると、どちらかというと二重就労のようなひな形になっていて、個人でのビジネスでは入力が面倒な項目もある。
I checked the form out and it seems like the form for people who have dual employment. So, some questions are difficult to fill out for people running side businesses like me.
それに、バカ正直にやってますというのを人事や上司に報告する必要もない。
I don’t need to confess that I have been doing my side hustles to my boss or HR honestly.
