PJで会計監査があった。
I had a video conference with accountants to audit our project.
当初、現場での実施を予定していたが、コロナ感染により、リモート開催となった。
Although we had made a plan for the implementation at the site, we changed it remotely due to the site engineers receiving positive infection results
PJ概要、進捗、工事の状況を以前作成した資料、写真やビデオを使って説明、概ね問題なく発表できたが、１点だけ課題が残った。
I explained the project outline, progress and current situation to them by using presentations, pictures and videos. I was committed to presenting it except for one thing.
今回の会計監査事務所は、当社に監査へ入るのが初めてではないため、工事の概要を説明せずにビデオで工事の状況を説明してしまった。
It wasn’t the first time receiving the inspection by the accounting firm. I skipped the basic explanation of how to build a solar power plant.
しかし、今回の監査員は太陽光発電所の建設を見るのは初めてというので、一から説明をすべきであった。
However, the accountants have never seen solar power plant construction so I should have illustrated it from the start.
次回からは先入観に囚われず、誰にでもわかりやすい説明を心がけるようにしたい。
I won’t be caught up in my own prejudice and will try to make a description for everyone’s easy understanding.
