今月は会社の年度末ということで、人事評価の360°評価の説明会があった。
An orientation of 360-degree feedback was held for the end of my company’s fiscal year as a personnel evaluation system.
前職でも同じものがあったが、ただの形式的なものであったので、テキトーにやっていた。
Although the same feedback system was used at my previous company, it has already become a dead letter. So, I tried to fill out the evaluation system as fast as I could with little care.
しかし、今の会社では360評価を受けたい６人を自分で決めなければならない。
On the other hand, all crew members in the current company have to choose 6 people to evaluate themselves.
面倒である一方で、とてもおもしろいことだと思う。
It takes time to choose and evaluate each crew member, but I think it is interesting.
公平な評価をしてもらえそうな人を自ら選ぶので、自己評価もちゃんと入力しようと思わせる。
I think I should make a self-assessment to get a fair evaluation from 6 other members.
誰に評価をしてもらうか、しっかり考えて決めたい。
I will consider the people who evaluate me thoroughly.
