I had a great time having some drinks with my assistant.

というか、飲んでいて思ったが、我々がやっていることは、社会人としてごく当たり前であるというのが、双方の認識。
Speaking of which, we agreed with each other that our actions are quite natural as members of society.
聞かれたことに対して言い訳をせず答える、わからないことを質問されたら相手がわかるように説明する。当たり前のことなのに、できない人がホントに多いという話題で盛り上がった。
We had a great conversation about how courteous we are, for example, responding to the question directly without any excuses and politely teaching people who don’t understand the task or rules. These attributes don’t seem special to us, but many crew members in our company are not able to do them.
本会のおかげで気分も晴れて、また今月もがんばれそうである。
Thanks to the chat with her, I can keep doing my best for the next month.
