わたしが担当している現場の当社社員にてコロナ感染者が出た。
Some of the engineers at my site got infected with COVID-19.
しかも、同時に３人である。
In addition, the number of infections was 3 simultaneously.
出張に来ているものの、幸い、わたしはサイトから少し離れた事務所で作業していたので、直接の接触はない。
I’m on a business trip to the site now. But luckily, I haven’t had direct contact with any of the infected people since I started working at another site office which was a little further from the construction site.
もちろん、現場へも行くのを止めたし、予定していた来週と再来週の出張は全て中止した。
Obviously, I had to cancel visiting the construction site today and all of my business trips to the site next week and in even 2 weeks out as well.
また、妻子も実家に帰ってくれているので、感染の心配はない。
My wife and son are in my in-law’s house, so I am not able to give the virus to my family.
あとは自分が感染してないことを願うのみ。
All I have to do is hope I won’t get infected with the virus.
