I explained the purpose of making minutes of meetings to a junior in my team.
その後輩は、事前にこちらから伝えた質問に対して回答を考えてくれるほど、熱心な方である。
She is such an enthusiastic person that she replied to me with a question in advance to the explanation I have given her.
こちらとしても、そういう人にはきちんと応えていきたいと思い、わたしがエジプトで教わった議事録のとり方を教えた。
As a project manager, I want to meet her expectations and I taught her my rule of making minutes which I have learned in Egypt.
散々、エジプトで議事録を書いてきたので、恥じない議事録の作り方を教える自信があった。
I had been writing meeting minutes so much in Egypt, so I’m confident about teaching how to make good minutes.
将来的にAIにとって代わられるとはいえ、まだまだ人の手を加える必要があるものなので、議事録が書けて損はない。
Even though making minutes will be replaced with AI in the future, there’s no drawback to being able to make them since we, the people, need to check and revise them by ourselves so far.
