Today was a big day.
それは、後輩から明日の勉強会を楽しみにしていると言われたこと。
I was told by a junior that she was willing to have a study session with me tomorrow.
勉強会とはいえ、大したことではない。ただ議事録作成で大切なことをF2Fで教えることを提案した。
The study session is not a big deal, I just proposed that I would teach her how to write meeting minutes in person.
というのも、作ってくれた議事録を見るに、その後輩は作り方を教えてもらっておらず、みようみまねで書いていると思ったからである。
Once I proofread the minutes created by her, I felt that no one had taught her how to write them properly and she learnt how to write them by watching and imitating others.
彼女の期待に応えられるように、しっかり教えたい。
I’m going to teach her the important points for making minutes to meet her expectations.
