今日は３か月に１度の歯医者の定期健診で、そのまま実家に遊びに行ってきた。
Today my wife and I took our quarterly dental check-up at my dentist and we went to my parents’ house after it.
まず歯医者での診察結果は問題なし。出張期間中は、少し歯ブラシが疎かになっているように思ったが、目立った変化はないとのこと。
The results of the check-up were that there were no problems for us. I thought that my brushing habits were weak during the business trip, however, it was not bad.
少なくとも、フロスは毎日やっているので、やはりフロスは必須であると実感した。
I have used dental floss after brushing every day and discovered that cleaning by floss is essential.
また、その後はいつも通りに弁当を調達して実家へ。
After the check-up, we picked the lunch boxes up at our favourite vendor and went to my parents’ house.
とくに何をしたわけではないが、長男の元気な姿を見せることができた。
We did nothing special, but we showed my parents that our son was fine and growing as usual.
