今日はわたしが所属するPJのアシスタントと話をするために出社した。
I went to the office today to talk to the assistant about my project in person.
会社だと話しにくいので、散歩しながら話を聞くと、アシスタントを辞めようとしていたことが判明。
I heard her opinion while walking outside and she said that she was going to quit her job.
仕事がつまらないし、張り合いがないとのこと。
The reason was that the work was tedious and she has been less motivated recently.
ただ、わたしがPJに入って雰囲気がだいぶ変わったというので、退職を引き留めることができた。
However, she told me that the atmosphere on the project changed after I had entered the work environment. So, I persuaded her to stay on the project and she accepted my request.
そして、わたしの次のキャリアでも一緒に仕事ができるよう、個人の連絡先を聞いておいた。
In addition, we exchanged our personal contact information to work with other companies in the future.
こういった熱意のある人にはしっかり応えていこうと思う。この前の人材育成の件も含めて、なんとなく兆しが見えてきた。
I want to meet the expectations of those people who are enthusiastic about work. I think I found an answer to the employee development I was worried about in the past few days.
