Bullet Trains Passing Through on the Conventional Lines

昨日の計画通りに、フリー切符をつかって福島駅まで行ってきた。

I went to Fukushima Station using a train pass with the plan I came up with yesterday.

とくに電車の時間までは決めていなかったが、始発電車に乗れる時間に目が覚めたので、朝から出かけてきた。

I couldn’t decide on a train to ride, but I was able to get on the first train as I got up early.

台風一過を期待していたが、駅に到着すると小雨がぱらつき、あまり多くを散策することができなかった。

I expected a clear sky after the Typhoon, however, it was sprinkling when I got to my destination. So, I didn’t walk around the station as much as I expected.

それに、暑さも重なり早めに引き返してきた。

Moreover, I left the station earlier because it was very hot.

短時間の滞在ではあったが、福島駅から出て、地上を走るミニ新幹線を見ることができ、大満足である。

Even though it was a short visit, I was able to watch the bullet trains passing through on the conventional lines which we can see in 2 of the prefectures in Japan. I was very satisfied with the trip.
