週間工程会議を開催した。今日の打合せは結局２時間もかかってしまった。
We held a weekly meeting with the owner of the project and the meeting was prolonged for 2 hours.
とはいえ、今回は前日の挽回案がまだ未完成だったり、思ったよりも進捗が悪かったりで、こちらとしての準備不足な部分もあった。
But our insufficient preparations such as an incompletion of a catch-up plan for the delayed work was one of the reasons to have a big meeting.
わたしもこの仕事に慣れてきたので、少しずつ介入していこうと思う。
I’m getting used to working in my company, so I will intervene to improve the project’s progress.
まずは、毎週の恒例業務となっているレポーティングから見直しをかけていきたい。
Firstly, I will review the weekly report submitted to the owner to be simplified.
