昨日の会議で指摘があった進捗図に対してチーム内で検証を実施した。
We verified the progress chart which was pointed out by the owner.
まずは、なぜそのような結果になってしまったのかを確認するため、計画値の見直しから着手した。
First of all, we start reviewing the progress of each work thoroughly to find the reason which caused yesterday’s result.
各工種ごとに手分けをして検証を実施したが、他にもやることがいっぱいあるので、あまり検証作業は進まず、翌日に持ち越しとなった。
We shared the inspection for each work type, however, we couldn’t make good progress with the inspection because there were lots of other tasks to do today. Therefore, the inspection had to be carried over to the next day.
とはいえ、今日の段階で修正の目処は立ち、あとは直すのに注力すればいいだけなので、明日には終わると思う。
But I had an outlook of the inspection and think that I will be able to finish the amendment of the progress chart within tomorrow as we focus on revising it.
