勉強会の２日目は、新事業として実施された建設工事が完了した現場にて、機器の説明を受けた。
On the 2nd day of the training, we visited a site that was completed as construction work as one of the new businesses within our company.
初めてみる機器の大きさに圧倒されつつも、とてもやりがいのある楽しそうな仕事だと思った。
The newly installed turbine was very large and managing a construction project like this made me enthusiastic.
再生可能エネルギー分野でのPMとして成長していくためにも、欠かすことができない分野だと感じた。
To develop as a project manager in the renewable energy sector, I’m sure that I need to experience this construction management.
まずは、現在担当している現場にてPMとしての素養を学びつつ、次へのステップへのためにこのような機会に触れるタイミングを自分で作りながら勉強を継続していきたい。
I will learn the basics through the current project and also keep finding opportunities to join training sessions like today for the improvement of my knowledge.
