昨日の手術から一晩が経ったが体調はいつも通り。
My physical condition was good and I felt like my usual self one day after the surgery.
手術後、１週間は辛いものや脂っこいものが食べられないといった食事制限や、万が一の出血に備えて遠出制限がかかる。
Although I have dietary restrictions for a week such as avoiding spicy and oily foods. I also can’t go anywhere too far just in case by some chance I start bleeding from the surgical site.
それでも、やっと通常の生活に戻れたという安心感がある。
Even so, I was so relieved that I was able to return to a normal life.
