今日は朝から現場での仕事。
I worked at the field office today.
午前中は現場を見て回り、午後は先月の進捗を振り返る会議があった。
We went around the construction site in the morning and had a monthly progress meeting in the afternoon.
初めての顧客との現場での会議に緊張しつつも、少しずつ仕事の流れが見えてきた。
Since this was the first time seeing the owner of the construction, I was nervous about it. Thanks to the face-to-face meeting, I was able to get to know the work procedure.
どんな顧客なのか、関係者の力関係や要注意人物など、一度見ておくことは大事だと考える。
It is important to confirm with how stakeholders are involved, their hierarchical relationship and the marked person in the group.
今日の打合せは、そういった意味でも実りのあるものになった。
I was able to see these facts through the meeting and today’s business trip was very fruitful.
