出張３日目。
Today was the third day of my business trip.
今日は午後には自宅に向けて出発する予定だったので、午前中に工事現場を見て回った。
I was planning to leave the site first thing in the afternoon, so I visited the construction site in the morning.
また、わたしが初めてであったので、一通り工事現場を案内してもらった。
As I’m a new crew of the project, my colleagues took me on a grand tour of the site.
サイトはとても広く、各場所でそれぞれに工事が進んでおり、状況を把握するだけでも一苦労である。
The site is very huge and is varying stages of construction in each location, so I have a hard time understanding them.
これまでは図面や打合せでの進捗説明だけであったが、今回現場を見ることで、わたしの理解が大きく進んだ。
Even though I have learned the situation and progress only from the documents and drawings until then, I have a deeper understanding of them due to the site visit this time.
