昨日は現場からホテルへの戻りが遅くなってしまったが、今朝はいつも通り起きて仕事前にブログを書き上げることができた。
Even though I worked overtime last night and was late back to the hotel, I wrote a post on my blog in the morning before starting my job.
今日も現場事務所での作業である。
I worked at the field office today as well.
1時間くらい現場を見たら、事務所に戻って打合せと資料作成をした。
I went to the construction site for about an hour to check the progress and was back in the office to have meetings with stakeholders.
本来、プロジェクトマネージャーは問題を解決し、指示を出していく立場なので、これが本来の姿といえる。
Originally, my position, as a project manager, is to give orders to solve the problem raised at the site. This is my real task.
