子供の冬服を貸してくれた友人がコロナにかかったと連絡があった。
I got a message from my friend who rented us her child’s winter clothes that she had gotten infected with COVID-19.
借りている冬服を返しつつ、夏服を借りる予定であったのに残念である。
I was thinking that we will give the clothes back and rent her child’s summer clothes, but I can’t anymore.
コロナに感染した本人は検査を受けてわかったようで、自覚症状はそれまでなかったと言っていた。
She told me that she realised that after taking the PCR testing she had it but didn’t get any symptoms so far.
話によると、かなり徹底した対策をとっていたにも関わらず感染してしまったようで、本人としてはかなり気が滅入っているようであった。
She also said that she contracted the virus even though her family has been taking thorough countermeasures against the virus, so it seemed like she was depressed about the situation.
いくら対策をしても感染してしまうのであれば、やはり人混みを避けることが一番の対策だと言える。
No matter how many countermeasures we take, we can get infected with the virus. So, avoiding crowded places is the simple and best solution.
