調べてわかったが、家側に問題はなく、ケーブルかTV側に問題があるとのこと。
He found that the problem stemmed from a cable between the TV and the outlet since the signal is coming to the outlet.
その後、近くの家電量販店に行き、ケーブルを購入し接続してみると治った。つまり、ケーブルが悪かったのである。
I went and bought a new cable right after he left my house. My TV worked normally once the cable was changed.
余計な手間と時間をかけてしまったが仕方がない。
I spent extra time and money on the inspection.
ただ、TV自体も買ってから7,8年経過しており、もうすぐ寿命であると教えてもらった。

そのときのために、資金を貯めておく必要がある。
