１ヶ月ぶりのサウナに行ってきた。
I went to a public bath for the first time in a month.
最近では、暖かくなってきているので、水風呂や外気浴が非常に気持ちいい。
Since it is getting warmer and warmer recently, I felt very refreshed in the cold bath and in the open-air bath.
なにより、日差しが差し込む中でなにも着ることなく、リラックスできるのが最高の時間であった。
Especially, when I was laying down in the rays of light while naked, I felt so comfortable.
それに、転職活動も終わり気持ち的にも開放され、サウナを満喫することができた。
Furthermore, I felt free from the burden of job hunting, so I was relaxed physically and mentally.
やはり、サウナはサイコーである。
The sauna is one of the most enjoyable places for me.
