適性診断、役員面接という2本立てであった。
I took an assessment test in the morning and had a final interview with foreign executives in the afternoon.
実際の適性検査は、問題集と問題形式は同じでも難易度は高めで、なんとか半分回答できたといったところで自信がない。
The assessment test was the same test format as the exercises. However, the questions were more difficult than the exercises I had previously gone through. I was able to answer only half of the questions and I didn’t feel confident about the result.
午後の役員面接はというと、２人の外国人役員を相手に英語での面接。
On the other hand, there were 2 interviewers in the final interview and it was held in English.
前半は通訳なしで問題なく応答ができたが、途中でテンパり質問の内容が入ってこない場面があった。
I was able to talk to them smoothly until about halfway, but I was too nervous to understand what they asked me sometimes.
その時はさすがに通訳をお願いしたが、それ以外ではなんとかこなすことができた。
Thanks to an interpreter, I was able to answer all the questions even in panic.
結果に期待したい。
