先日の面接官の転職に対する考え方について、ずっと考えていたがわたしの中で意見が固まった。
I reached a conclusion about my opinion on the philosophy of job hunting that was told to me by a previous interviewer.
まずは現在の会社をさっさと辞めて、再生可能エネルギー関連のプロジェクトに参画する。
I will be assigned to a renewable energy project once I resign from my current job.
そして、再生可能エネルギーでも風力や太陽光など発電方式が違えば、プロジェクトの性質も変わってくると思うので、何種類かを転職しながら体験し自分にとってベストな発電方式を見つけていくことを今後の目標とする。
A few years after the assignment of the project, I will try other projects related to other generation methods such as solar and biomass because the characteristics of the project depend on the generation methods. I will experience each kind of project through job changes and find the most suitable project of the generation method for me.
