転職エージェントから連絡があり、先日１次面接をパスしたポジションが企業内で再検討されるとのことで、面接のプロセスが一時中断となることが決まった。
I got a message from my recruitment consultant that the interview round was suspended temporarily because the position I was applying for had to be reviewed by the company.
しかも、検討に数週間かかるというので、ほぼ望みはない。
Furthermore, he assumed that it would take a few weeks and might disappear.
そのため、次の新しいポジションがないかを探してもらうことにした。
So, I asked him to find a new position I can apply for.
実際にやってみて感じたことだが、転職活動は思っている以上に大変である。
I realized that job hunting is harder than I thought.
この状況で、理想のポジションにつくのはさらに難しくなるので、転職までもう少し時間がかかりそう。
Since I have to pass an interview process under the circumstances, I think it will take time to quit my current job.
