My recruitment consultant taught me that the corporate culture seemed to be different from the company I applied to previously.
前回の会社は、どちらかというと会社の理念に沿った人を採用することが多い会社であった。
The last company tried to hire people acting on the same identity as the company.
しかし、今回の会社は熱意よりも能力を重視する会社のようである。
But according to the consultant, the applicant’s capability for the position is more important than matching their philosophy.
なので、面接では今までの経歴、とくにJob Descriptionにかかれている内容のものをアピールしていくようにアドバイスしてくれた。
So, he suggested that I should promote and focus on my experiences in the current company, especially the required skills or competencies that were in the job description.
彼の期待に応えるためにも、ぜひともパスしたい。
I want to pass the interview and meet his expectations.
