久しぶりに英語会議に出席。
I attended an English meeting for the first time in a while.
海外事業部に在籍しているにも関わらず、１か月ぶりとなる。
Even though I work in the overseas division, this was the first time in a month.
今回は、とくにわたしが発言する機会はなかったが、PMの進め方で参考になるものがあった。
I didn’t have an opportunity to speak, but I learned how to handle the meeting from the project manager who did handle the meeting.
彼の話し方は、少しペースが速く感じた。資料を映しながらとはいえ、資料を作った人と、初めて見る人とは情報量の違いがあるので、彼の話すスピードでは速すぎると感じた。
I felt that his speaking speed was a little too fast. Although he showed presentation material during speaking, he spoke too fast for the attendees to understand as this was the first time that they had seen the material.
彼のやり方をみて、わたしの今後の参考にしたい。
I will reflect on this experience for my presentation next time.
