I got up late this morning.
目が覚めたら外が明るくなっており、6:30になっていた。

原因を考えるに、寝る前に少しイライラしていることが問題だと思う。

最近、長男がわたしの抱っこでは寝ないので、妻がお風呂に入っている間はずっとあやしていなければいけない。
