次の４次面接では１次面接官であった人事担当が、もう一度担当するとのこと。
The 4th interviewer will be the same person as the 1st interview; the person from HR.
今までのわたしの受け答えがあまりに’too casual’、’lack of business acumen’だったので、人間性をもう一度確認したいらしい。
Since my behaviour was too casual and I lack business acumen, they are wondering if I would be suitable for the position.
わたしは、今更性格を変えることはできないと思っているが、それでも彼らからのメッセージにヒントがあると思う。
I don’t think I can change my personality, but I think there is a breakthrough in their feedback.
彼らのコメントに対する自分の考えをしっかり伝えられるようにしたい。
I will prepare my opinion for their feedback.
