When I went to a public bath, the temperature of the water bath increased by 4 to 20 degrees.
体験してわかったが、この差は非常に大きい。
The gap was so big for me after experiencing it.
つい先週までは、ホントに水風呂がキツかった。
I felt that it was so hard to take a cold bath like last time.
でも、今回温度が上がったことで、楽に入れるようになった。
However, it was easier to do by increasing the bath’s temperature.
それに、その後の外気浴もしっかり10分間、外に居られた。
Furthermore, I was able to stay in an open-air bath for 10 minutes after taking a cold bath.
これで修行ではなく、楽しいことになってくれた。
Even though I felt that taking a cold bath was an ordeal, it has now become more fun for me.
