今日の勤務時間のうち、朝の１時間を除いて全て会議の１日だった。
Today’s working hours were full of meetings except for an hour in the morning.
会議が多い会社は潰れる、と聞いたことがあるが、今の会社が潰れないのが不思議なくらいである。
As I heard that companies that have many meetings go bankrupt, I wonder why my company still exists.
そんな会議での凝り固まった体をほぐすため、昼休みにサウナに行ってきた。
I went to a public bath to loosen up and relax my body because of the meetings.
寒くなって外気浴が難しくなってきて、外気浴よりもサウナの中が恋しい季節になってきた。
When it gets cold outside, I’d rather stay in a sauna than open air baths.
とくにサウナの後の水風呂は試練以外のなにものでもない。健康を手に入れるのは楽ではない。
Especially a cold bath after a sauna is nothing but an ordeal. Being healthy is not so easy.
