Today was the last day for me to practice for the interview.
以前TVかなにかで、何かを覚えるときは家に籠もっているのではなく、外を歩きながら覚えたほうがいいと聞いたことがある。
I have heard from TV or something that it’s better for you to walk outside to memorize something instead of staying in the house.
人間の脳は景色と一緒に物事を記憶するので、景色が変化することで、たくさん覚えられるのだとか。
As our brain can recall words or sentences with scenery, changing scenery makes it easier to memorize words.
それを思い出し、散歩しながらのシャドーイングに面接のセリフで実践。
I just remembered it today and I did shadowing for my practice for the interview.
自分の声を録音したデータをききながら、ひたすら散歩してきた。
I walked around for about 2 hours while listening to my voice recordings.
面接を翌日に控えての最後の練習日。
