I talked to my senior coworker in Bangladesh who worked with me in Egypt.
どうやら、わたしのプロジェクトを心配して電話をかけてきたらしい。
It seemed that he was worried about my project.
いろいろ仕事のやり方について問題点を話し合ったが、抱えている問題は担当ベースでは解決できそうにないのはお互いがわかっている。
Though we talked about the issues my project has, we both know that we aren’t able to solve them as regular staff members.
そんな話をしているうち、転職も視野に入れてはと提案された。
During our conversation, he suggested to me that I should consider a job change.
いまの会社でくすぶっているくらいなら、見切りをつけて次を探すべきではないかと。
He said that I should move to a new company rather than remain in the current company.
わたしも、その意見には賛成なので、後押ししてもらえてうれしかった。
I totally agreed with him and was glad that his advice was very encouraging.
