I prepared my answers for the second interview.
今度はHiring Managerが面接官である。
The interview will be with the hiring manager.
当初、Hiring Managerは人事部長だと思っていたが調べてみると、転職した際の直属の上司であることを知った。
I originally thought the position was the leader of HR, but I figured out that he would be my boss if I move to the company.
また、Job Descripationはその人が作ったようである。
Furthermore, the job description was made by the hiring manager.
であるならば、そこに書いてある応募資格には全て答えられるようにしたい。
If so, I think I need to prepare my experiences for all the requirements mentioned in it.
やることがたくさん増えてきた。
Preparation for a job interview has a lot more tasks attached to it than I thought.
